Water. Powerful and ever changing. Moving. Freezing. Vaporous. A ubiquitous substance necessary for all life forms. In its frozen state it looks cold. It feels cold. Long spiky icicles glisten in the sun. Clear Spirit within. Rounded icy fingerlings hang over moving water below. Morphing as the daily temperatures rise and fall. Melting. Refreezing. Flowing water appears vaporous over time. Tides ebb and flood. Exposing rare views of the underwater world. Glimpses of the unseen captured. What is real? What we see through our eyes or what our camera records? Like a journey down the rabbit hole — in Alice in Wonderland — long exposures leave questions unanswered. Water. The perfect shape changer…       fitting its stream beds and oceans. In its liquid form soothing…
